Hi, I'm Cameron. I'm originally from Sacramento, CA where I grew up in the city of trees and among the local legends of the "fabulous '40s." I'm an avid fan of music, film & TV, pop culture, sports, and celebrity culture. My hobbies include surfing, reading, and the occasional night out with friends.
I'm a 25-year-old who is currently living in Brazil. From mid-2021 to late-2022, I was a production assistant, writer, and creative producer in the entertainment industry. This all was put on pause when I had the opportunity to move to Brazil and live with my girlfriend. Like all great stories, my love story with Brazil starts with a love story with my girlfriend Maria, or as everyone calls her here in Rio de Janeiro-- Duda. However, that's a story for another time.
My ultimate goal is to work as a writer and filmmaker while having an impact on the world around me both near and far.
CURRENTLY! I am looking for remote positions in sales, marketing, customer service, or writing, while I take on creative endeavors like this blog and my YouTube account.
This blog serves two purposes. First, I can create and articulate my observations through these blog posts. Finding one's head in this ever-updating scroll culture world is a necessity for any functional human. Employers need a website to hire writers... Go figure.
